This page is maintained by mycommissiontracker to set out the terms on which we provide our commission tracking service. By signing up or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
mycommissiontracker provides a hosted workspace for tracking sales, commissions, leaderboards and related analytics. We may update, improve or change features over time.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access.
3. Your data
You own the data you put into the service. We process it on your behalf so we can deliver the features you've signed up for. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with how it runs for other customers.
5. Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give you reasonable notice of any price change.
6. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if we're required to by law.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or in‑app notice before they take effect.
