Account details you give us (name, email, company), data you put into the workspace (deals, commissions, team members), and basic technical data needed to run the service (e.g. log data, device/browser info).

To provide the service, secure your account, respond to support requests, send service emails, and improve the product. We don't sell your data.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers in secure, access‑controlled environments. We use industry‑standard encryption in transit (HTTPS).
Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service (e.g. hosting, database, email delivery) and where required by law. They process data on our instructions.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period unless we're required to keep it.
